Budget- For many sales people, the budget step is where they wimp out. They either don’t even discuss money, they bring it up but can’t get a real number, or they discuss money but overlook the total investment (money, time, AND resources). We will spend 90 minutes exploring conceptual and technical roadblocks in the budget step.
