We don't usually associate sales with processes. In fact, many would say that selling is more of an art than a science. Successful sales people know it's both!
Here's 5 signs your sales process is broken:
1. You invest a significant amount of time with prospects only to find out there are "hidden" decision makers.
2. You find yourself constantly following up (chasing) with prospects with no clear commitment to a next step.
3. You talk more than 30% of the time on a sales call.... We call this unpaid consulting.
4. You feel compelled to quote without thoroughly qualifying the "opportunity."
5. At the end of your presentation, prospects tell you they really want to do business with you, but they need you to lower your price.
