We knew this was going to be the last big challenge of the trip. Well not the last, but we have to go up another 4000 ft. mountain and hopefully find a room up on top. Typically, the best and most awesome sites are the most painful to see. It was an all day walk even though we got there faster than we thought and ended up staying in a town called O'Cebreiro. It was a wonderful day if you can handle all up hill, see the pics. This town has a population of about 20 people and I think their only living is helping the walkers.

The interesting part was that this morning when I woke up, putting knee braces on both knees, taking lots of Advil, and caring for all the blisters....the last thing I wanted to do was walk out that door and walk.....but I knew it was the only way to hit my goal. How many times do you put off the part of your job that you don’t like doing? To a CEO, it might be having those weekly strategy meetings with his/her executive team, checking to see where they’re at and plan on fixing what is in the way. The sales manager might be interviewing and hiring new and better sales people, and a sales person might be prospecting.

Just like when I walked today, I had to adjust my stride, from a full stride on flat areas, to half stride going up hill, to a very short calculated steps going down hill. The CEO, Manager, and salesperson....needs to adjust their stride......but the key is you still have to do it.

Lesson Learned:

You don't have to like it you just have to do it.
