The Harvard Business Review has reported that more than 50% of the sale is done before a sales person even gets involved and that new buyers would rather text you than see you. That number has increased due to the effects of the pandemic. So, is it time to look at changing to an inside sales team?

- Do your sales people get as many face to face meetings as they did in the past?
- Is the cost of having an outside sales team going up?
